LIBERTY TOWNSHIP SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES OF ROAD MATERIALS The Board of Supervisors for Liberty Township will be accepting quotes for road material. Quotes should be stated in the unit measure price per ton delivered to specified road maintenance areas in Liberty Township with a guaranteed completion date of delivery to be within reasonable time period from order date as determined by Liberty Township at time of order. Liberty Township seeks quotes for Class V Gravel with 8—12% clay content on a 200 sieve and pit run fill. Estimated quantity needed is 2,000 YDS loads of Class V and 750 YDS of pit run fill. A copy of the certified stockpile test results stating pit location of material shall be submitted with the quote. Gravel may also be tested at time of delivery. A copy of a current insurance policy with a minimum $1,500,000.00 liability shall be submitted with the quote. Liberty Township reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive any irregularities, and award the quote in the best interest of Liberty Township. The contract is expected to begin May 13, 2026 and continue until May 11, 2027. Deadline for quotes is May 13, 2026. Quotes may be mailed or delivered 9013 Albers Rd NW, Puposky, MN 56667 or hand delivered to Liberty Town Hall before 7:00 p.m. on May 13, 2026.
